Blink by MiWay Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to be part of our Blink by MiWay community, a division of MiWay Insurance Ltd. Here a few terms and conditions that guide the referral process.

  1. The Blink referral program is open only to existing Blink by MiWay clients with an active policy.

  2. The client referral process defined is enabling a unique referral link on the App and Web-App which you can share with a friend or family member via WhatsApp, Text message, email or copy link.

  3. To be eligible for your cashback, the referred person must: a. initiate a quote using the unique link generated by you, the referrer, and take up a Blink by MiWay policy. b. make x1 successful monthly premium payment (this excludes pro-rata premium payment)

  4. The reward, being a cash amount of R500, is due upon the successful collection of the referred person’s monthly premium and is payable within 30 days of the successful premium collection.

  5. The cashback reward will be paid into the same account from which your monthly insurance premium is collected.

  6. There is no limit to the number of people that you can refer.

  7. All quotes undertaken, are valid for 30 days; should the referred person not take up their policy within that period, the quote will expire.

  8. As the referrer, you are not rendering services as an intermediary nor advisory services as contemplated in the FAIS Act or the Insurance Act

  9. The processing of Personal Information of any data subject is subject to the provisions of any applicable laws.

  10. Blink by MiWay reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time provided that any accrued benefits shall not be affected by such amendments.

  11. Blink by MiWay may at any time and in its absolute discretion cancel the referral campaign provided that any such cancellation shall not affect any accrued benefits.
